MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Membership benefits must be honored for all Members during Membership Term.

CORE CARD BENEFITS

1. Dining Benefit (Non-Transferable):
a. Members shall receive the following discounts at participating restaurants for brunch, lunch and dinner:
• 30% for cardholder and 1 guest
• 25% for cardholder and 2 guests
• 20% for cardholder and 3 guests
• 15% for cardholder and 4  guests
• 10% for cardholder and 5 guests or more
b. Promotions: Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the total food bill on any promotions. Valid in all participating outlets.
Conditions: One card per table ♦ Membership Card must be presented at the time of dining in order to receive discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurant’s operating hours, and ordered from the restaurant’s regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or clip-ons • The discount shall not be applied to (a) made off-premises, functions or through room service (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the membership program (d) all beverages; and (e) any meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates • Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall apply to the discounted amount of the bill

Guest Room Benefits:

2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Member shall receive a minimum of fifteen percent (15%) discount off the best flex rate.
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy. Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest – NOT valid on corporate rates • Max 6 rooms can be booked for the same dates.

3. Complimentary Upgrade (Non-transferable): Upgrade to the next available room category at the preferred room rate. Subject to availability at the time of check-in
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy. Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest

4. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (Transferable): Flexible check-in time (10:00) and check-out time to (15:00). Subject to prior request and availability at the time of check-in/check-out.
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy. Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest

5. Beverage Benefit (Non-transferable): Fifteen percent (15%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Conditions: Valid in all participating restaurants, lounges and bars • Discount shall not apply to  (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the membership program

CERTIFICATE BENEFITS

6. 1 x Complimentary Night Certificate: One (1) certificate to enjoy one (1) complimentary night stay in a standard room
Conditions: 
• Non-transferable
• Valid certificate and membership card must be presented upon check-in in order to redeem benefit
• Subject to advance reservation and room availability, and restriction on allocated rooms at time of reservation
• Reservations can only be made quoting valid membership nbr
• Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit
• Valid for single/double occupancy in a standard room accommodation, on a room only basis, including room tax/service charge
• Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings
• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers, or any other room benefit certificate
• Not valid in conjunction with the Cash or Upgrade Certificate
• All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced
• Certificate has no Cash Value
• Valid any day, except Black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Agreement

7. 1 x Lunch Buffet Certificate: One (1) Certificate for one (1) complimentary lunch buffet for two (2) people  •  USE ME FIRST – Valid for first 3 months
Conditions: 
• Non-transferable
• Valid certificate and membership card must be presented in order to redeem benefit
• Only valid for the first three (3) months from purchase of membership.
• Complimentary Lunch may be redeemed anytime before the expiration date mentioned on this certificate
• Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit
• Not including beverages, applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities
• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers
• Not valid in conjunction with the Complimentary Night Certificate
• All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced
• Certificate has no Cash Value
• Valid any day, except Black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Agreement

8. 2 x House Wine Certificates: Two (2) Certificates valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine when two (2) or more people dining,
Conditions: 
• Non-transferable
• Valid certificate and membership card must be presented in order to redeem benefit.
• Not valid for room service
• Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit
• Bottle may not be removed from restaurant
• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers
• All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced
• Certificate has no Cash Value
• Valid any day, except Black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Agreement

9. 4 x Cash Certificates to the value of 2000 Yen each: Valid in each of the following outlets – Crowne Café, Chikushino, Tao-Li  • Card benefits apply to the balance of the bill once the certificate has been deducted
Conditions: 
• Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit
• Only valid when 4 of more people are dining
• Non Transferable

10. 1 x Birthday or Anniversary Certificate: One (1) certificate for a complimentary Birthday or Anniversary cake when two (2) or more people are dining,
Conditions: 
• Non-transferable
• Valid certificate and membership card must be presented in order to redeem benefit
• Subject to a minimum two (2) days advance reservation, quoting a valid membership number
• Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit
• Valid in any participating restaurant
• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers
• All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced
• Certificate has no Cash Value
• Valid any day, except Black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Agreement

11. 2 x Health Club Spa Entry Certificate: Two (2) Certificates for a complimentary one (1) day visit to enjoy Health Club and Spa Facilities for up to two (2) people
Conditions: 
• Non-transferable
• Valid certificate and membership card must be presented in order to redeem benefit
• Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit
• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers
• All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced
• Certificate has no Cash Value
• Valid any day, except Black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Agreement

REFERRAL BENEFIT
12. 1 x Cash Certificate to the value of 2000 Yen valid in specified outlet
OR       1 x Buffet Breakfast Certificate for 2 people
OR      1 x Happy Hour Certificate – 2 for 1 drinks for 1 hour for up to 6 people in Mezzanine Bar
Conditions:  When a member refers 5 or more friends as potential member and at least one joins they will be given a referral thank you.

RENEWAL BENEFIT
13. Spouse Members receive the same Member Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card.

REWARD BENEFIT
14. 1 x Cash Certificate to the value of 5000 once a spend of 50,000 is reached in a membership year

SPOUSE MEMBERSHIP
15. New members have the option to purchase a “Spouse Membership”.
Conditions:  Spouse Members receive the same Member Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
