When making your accommodation reservations, remember to state which accommodation benefit you would like to book. As bookings are subject to availability and allocation, early reservations are recommended, particularly during peak seasons.

Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Member shall receive a minimum of fifteen percent (15%) discount off the best flex rate.

Complimentary Upgrade (Non-transferable): Upgrade to the next available room category at the preferred room rate. Subject to availability at the time of check-in
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy. Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest

Valid certificate and membership card must be presented upon check-in in order to redeem benefit

Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit
Valid for single/double occupancy in a standard room accommodation, on a room only basis, including room tax/service charge
Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings
Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers, or any other room benefit certificate
Not valid in conjunction with the Cash or Upgrade Certificate
All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced
Certificate has no Cash Value
Valid any day, except Black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Agreement
