Priority Privilege Membership Terms & Conditions:
General
1. Priority Privilege membership or its collateral have no cash value.
2. Priority Privilege membership is not transferable unless stated otherwise.
3. Priority Privilege reserves the right to change, modify or amend membership benefits, participating hotels & restaurants listings and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other Priority Privilege material, at its absolute discretion at any time, without giving a reason and without notice.
4. A 21 days cancellation policy applies to purchase of Membership.
5. Priority Privilege shall not be liable for any amount greater than the membership fee to any member as a result of cancellation of his or her membership.
6. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for Priority Privilege a member accepts these terms and conditions as amended from time to time and agrees to be bound by them.
7. Priority Privilege reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time, if it is suspected the membership is being operated fraudulently.
8. The list of participating hotels and restaurants is subject to change without notice. Please confirm availability when booking.
9. Any certificate issued as part of the membership shall not be replaced if lost.
10. Should, for any reason, the Priority Privilege membership programme be discontinued, InterContinental Hotels Group and the hotels and resorts included in Priority Privilege shall have no financial liability to the member.
11. You must be 18 years of age or above to join Priority Privilege.
12. Best Flex rate means the lowest publicly available unrestricted rate.
13. The benefits stated these terms and conditions are only available in participating hotels in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
14. When traveling outside Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, member must inquire with the respective InterContinental Hotels Group hotel if any Priority Privilege benefits are available.
15. Members Benefits cannot be sold via third party channel
Accommodation Benefits
General
1. Priority Privilege member promotional rates or special offers available from time to time are published in the Priority Club Rewards magazine or e-newsletter, and are only available for the validity stated in the magazine.
2. Accommodation benefits (including rates and certificates) are limited to an allocated number of rooms at participating hotels. Priority Privilege room allocations are sold quickly, particularly during peak periods or local events such as school holidays, public holidays and weekends. There is no guarantee that an allocated Priority Privilege room will be available at the hotel or for the days preferred. Please check when booking membership benefits are available.
3. Airfare and accommodation packages are excluded from Priority Privilege accommodation benefits unless stated otherwise.
4. Accommodation certificates are only valid for the days and period specified.
5. Seasonal rates, lower than those offered to Priority Privilege members, may be available from time to time. Please check at time of booking if there are lower rates available.
6. A member staying more than one night may use certificates on consecutive nights unless otherwise stated.
7. Accommodation benefits are only available for private travel.
8. Frequent Flyer points will not be awarded when certificates are used for accommodation.
9. Priority Privilege accommodation benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other accommodation discounts or offers.
10. To qualify for accommodation benefits, members must show their card and/or accommodation certificates on arrival.
11. Blackout dates may apply for Stay 2 Nights for the Price of 1 Certificate and 25%off Certificate and Hotel Rate Certificate. Blackout dates may include such special event periods as New Years Eve, Easter, Bledisloe Cup, British Lions Tour, Melbourne Cup, Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix, Australian Tennis Open, Adelaide 500, Indy 500, and Rally Australia. Blackout dates vary at each hotel, may change and additional dates may be added without notice. For a current list of blackout dates for a specific hotel, please contact the Reservations Manager at the hotel directly.
10% Off Public Rates
1. Advance Purchase Rate has restrictions and booking conditions including, but not limited to a non-refundable pre-payment upon reservation of the total accommodation charges. Bookings must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. Full booking restrictions and conditions are available upon reservation.
2. 10% off the Best Flexible Rate applies 7 nights per week, subject to availability to all room types for which Best Flexible Rate apply.
3. 10% off benefit applies to all room types for which the Best Flexible Rate. Advanced Booking Rate and Advance Purchase Rate are otherwise available.
4. 10% Off benefit may vary at some resort hotels.
5. 10% Off benefit may also be available on hotel retail packages at the sole discretion of the hotel. Members should inquire directly with the hotel at the time of booking if this benefit is available.
6. Member card must be presented on check in.
Stay 2 Nights for the Price of 1 Certificates
1. Stay 2 nights for the Price of 1 is based on staying two nights for the cost of one night. This is calculated at the first night being on the Members Best Flexible Rate and the second night will be complimentary.
2. 2 x Certificates in Membership package. One (1) transferable. One (1) Non transferable.
3. Stay 2 nights for the Price of 1 Certificates is valid on all room types otherwise available on the Best Flexible Rate.
4. Minimum 7-day advance reservation is required for this certificate.
5. Member must state intention to use a Stay 2 Nights for the Price of 1 at the time of reservation.
6. Stay 2 Nights for the Price of 1 Certificate must be surrendered on arrival. If the certificate is marked (non-transferable), then Member’s card must also be presented.
7. Valid 7 nights per week, subject to availability.
8. Stay 2 Nights for the Price of 1 Certificate cannot be further discounted by any other promotion or special offer.
9. One Certificate for One Room Type Only.
25% Off Best Flexible Rate Certificates
1. One Certificate is Transferable and one Certificate is Non-Transferable.
2. Subject to availability.
3. 25% Off benefit applies to all room types for the Best Flexible Rate only.
4. Certificate applies to one room only.
5. Valid for duration of stay.
6. Certificate must be presented and surrendered upon check in.
7. 25% Off Best Flexible Rate Certificate cannot be used to further discount any other promotion or special offer.
Dining Benefits
General
1. Membership card must be presented on arrival at the restaurant to receive member benefits.
2. Only one Priority Privilege card is accepted per booking.
Dining Discount
1. Membership card must be presented on arrival at the restaurant to receive member benefits.
2. Only one Priority Privilege card is accepted per booking.
3. Priority Privilege Dining Discount can not be used in conjunction with any other dining discounts or offers, e.g. Kids Eat Free at Holiday Inn
4. When dining with at least one other person in a participating InterContinental Hotels Group hotel restaurant during normal hours of operation, Dining Discount is offered on all standard adult meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
5. When dining alone in a participating InterContinental Hotels Group hotel restaurant during normal hours of operation, Dining Discount is available for lunch and dinner only.
6. Dining Discount is not available on packages inclusive of accommodation and meals or any other special offer.
7. Dining Discount is only for the food portion of your bill (including standard tea and coffee), and exclude all other beverages.
8. Dining Discount may not be available during special periods such as school holidays, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, etc. Please check when booking membership benefits are available on the date required.
9. Dining Discount is not available on room service menus, snack menus, supper menus, children's menus, and special events held in function rooms.
10. Priority Privilege Dining Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other dining discounts or offers.
11. Dining Discount is not transferable.
12. To redeem the Complimentary Breakfast for Two Certificate, the member must be staying in the hotel.
13. Complimentary Breakfast for Two Certificate is valid only in the main hotel restaurant and can not be used for room service.
14. Member must show membership card on arrival to the restaurant and surrender the certificate.
15. The Complimentary Breakfast for Two Certificate is not transferable.
Other Benefits
$50 Hotel Credit Certificate
1. Certificate is redeemable at any participating hotel in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. When used in Australia the certificates is AUD$50 Hotel Credit, when used in New Zealand the certificate is NZD50 Hotel Credit and when used in Fiji the certificate is FJD$50 Hotel Credit.
2. Member must be staying in–house at participating hotel.
3. Certificate has no cash value and cannot be exchanged in part or whole for cash or credit.
4. The $50 cash certificate can not be used to offset the accommodation rate against Negotiated Hotel Rates, Stay 2 Nights for the Price of 1 Certificate,25%off Certificate, Priority Club Reward Night, hotel packages and special offers unless otherwise stated or any other redemption certificate through affiliated partner programmes.
5. Can be used against Food & Beverage consumption (Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, Mini-Bar) at participating Priority Privilege hotels, must be used in conjunction with a hotel stay to settle the whole or part of the member.
6. Credit will not apply to products or services supplied by third party vendors, such as massage, in- house movies, laundry, gift shop, parking, etc.
7. Any unused portion is forfeited and cannot be refunded or otherwise retained for future use.
8. This certificate is Non-Transferable and is valid for 12 months from date of Membership purchase. One certificate can be used per stay.
9. Certificate must be surrendered at the time of check in.
Return Policy: You may cancel your membership by giving notice in writing and by returning the membership card and all certificates within 21 days. Please read the complete Terms & Conditions prior to purchase.
