You will be able to enjoy your Priority Privilege benefits at both of these properties until 31 October 2010.
If you currently hold a booking on Priority Privilege accommodation rates beyond 31 October 2010 (such as 25% off Best Flexible Rate Certificate or the Stay 2 Nights for the Price of 1 Certificate for example) then these rates will be honoured.
However, the Priority Privilege Dining Benefits, Hotel Credit, Breakfast or Dining Certificates will not be honoured beyond the new management date. If you hold such a booking, one of our customer relations staff will be in contact with you shortly or you can contact Customer Relations.

Of course, if you have a regular booking in place beyond 31 October, it will remain in the reservation system. This booking will not be eligible for all of your Priority Privilege benefits, but it will be held after the management transition.
